1. Website: review current website and improve functionality and visual representation to align with your personal brand, OR we can create a completely new site  = approx 4-5 hours for the month initially then approx 2-3 hours a month on upkeep, edits thereafter
2. Assets: choose one of the following: 2 neighborhood guides, 1 online monthly newsletter, 1 general mailing flyer, or any random marketing material for distribution i.e. postcard, etc = approx 2-3 hours depending on assets
3. Social media: review and create brand alignment over all platforms and 2 weekly posts (agent provides the content for editing) OR assist with content capturing onsite (ie I film you) and create a weekly reel = approx 8 hours a month 4. CRM/Client or Agent list build: assist with organizing contacts, mailer lists, etc. = approx 4-5 hours monthly
