Jenn Walker grew up in a small Vermont town where community, family, and hard work were just part of everyday life. From tending her family’s backyard garden to cooking and making memories around the table, Jenn learned early that home is where the heart—and the hospitality—is. That upbringing naturally led her to a career in hospitality and, eventually, real estate.

After a few years studying at UVM, Jenn hit the road, traveling across the U.S., soaking up local flavors, landscapes, and culture before landing in San Francisco and later San Diego, Hawaii, and New Zealand. In 2008, she returned to New England to Boston, where she launched multiple restaurants, designing programs, systems, and guest experiences that set new standards for hospitality.

Jenn later moved to Connecticut with her husband and two daughters and joined Barteca Restaurant Group when it was just nine locations. As the New Store Opening Director, she built the programs and processes that would grow bartaco and Barcelona Wine Bar to 29 locations and contribute to a major company acquisition in 2018.

Jenn’s career is driven by the same principles she grew up with: care, creativity, and making every experience—whether at a table or in a home—memorable.

In 2012, Jenn began learning the intricacies of Commercial Real Estate, diving into market study, scouting properties, reviewing and abstracting contracts, managing company rental properties and acting as Power of Attorney for several Real Estate property purchases. Jenn’s real-time research and development gave her the foundation for her transition into Residential Real Estate.
